Study and processing of the procedures for Environmental Licencing of any kind of project and activity. The relevant permit is called Environmental Terms Approval Decision (AEPO) and the Standard Environmental Commitments (EPPs) are issued, which are incorporated in the Operating Licence of the project or activity.
The type of study, which must be prepared, is determined by the category or subcategory to which a project or activity belongs. Briefly, the types of studies that may be needed for each category or subcategory are the following:

In addition, all projects or activities subject to environmental licencing are required to be registered in the Electronic Waste Register of the Ministry of Environment and Energy (EWR) and to submit Annual Waste Reports:
- Businesses/activities, waste producers, that are subject to environmental licencing (have an Environmental Conditions Approval Decision or are subject to Standard Environmental Commitments)
- Licenced waste warehouses and waste reception facilities to carry out disposal and recovery operations
- Licenced waste collectors-transporters
- Local Authorities of the First Degree (OTA)
- Solid Waste Management Agencies (Fo.D.S.A)
