In the case of blocks of flats and generally properties with a shared central heating system, the law allows the issuance of a common energy efficiency certificate to be issued for the entire building, the cost of which should be paid by all co-owners according to their ownership of the entire building. The energy inspection for the construction of heating and air conditioning at regular intervals is mandatory by law.
