The founding executives of «K&VGroup» company have been scientifically trained and are certified accident analysts by the global organisation of certification DEKRA. Also, they are registered in the list of the county court of Thessaloniki as legal experts both in technical matters and in matters of valuations and vehicle damages by Vasilios Kotsakostoudis and Pavlos Vlaskos, respactively. In addition, they are members of H.V.I (Hellenic Valuation Institute) in order to provide electromechanical (E/M) equipment assessment services in industrial facilities intended for auction, sale or rental.

Road Accident Reports

The company’s capabilities extend over time in a wide range of opinion documentations in the event and the final result. Through actual findings, incidents and records of how vehicles are found at the scene of the accident and of rolling traces (such as brake marks, ruts, skid marks, fragments, plastics, glasses, final positions of vehicles and other findings as recorded by the traffic police), using knowledge and experience in combination with the laws of engineering and physical science, Consulting Engineers document the fault based on road accidents and industrial and craft sites.

Scientific Court Advisors

If the Court considers that the presented evidence (with or without private expert report) is not sufficient to assess the case and it needs assistance from a technical expert in its judgment, then the Court itself orders, as provided from articles 681A and 671 paragraph 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, the conduct of another expert report from the judicial experts on the list at his disposal.
